摘要
目的:探讨咪唑安定在胃镜检查中的可行性及安全性。方法:60例胃镜检查者,随机分为药物组及对照组。药物组,静脉推注0.05mg/kg。在检查前、中、后分别观察其血压、血氧饱和度及检测心电图。对照组按常规方法镜检。结果:药物组出现心电图异常6例,对照组有21例血压改变;两组比较无明显异常,但药物组血压增高程度较低。结论:小剂量的咪唑安定应用于胃镜检查是安全可行的。
Objective： To investigate the feasibility and security of midazolam for upper gastrointestinal endoscopy.Method：60 patients requiring upper gastrointestinal endoscopy were allocated randomly to control group and drug group.The drug group was intravenously given midazolam 0.05mg/ kg,controll group were given routine drug.And then blood pressure,oxygen saturation and electriocardiography were measured during examination stage.Result：6 cases on electriocardiography were changed in drug group while 21 cases changing in contro group.Blood pressure was not changed significantly.Conclusion：Mini dosage of midazolam for gastroscopy is safe and feasible.
