免疫性血小板减少性紫癜血小板参数的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Platelet Indices in Immunologic Thrombocytopenic Purpura

目的:探讨血小板参数对免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的临床意义。方法:对ITP组、非ITP组、健康对照组采用血细胞分析仪检测血小板相关参数,即血小板计数(PLT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板压积(PCT)、血小板平均分布宽度(PDW)及ITP治疗后血小板参数的变化。结果:与非ITP组及健康对照组相比,ITP组2(PLT>10×109/L)MPV、PDW明显增加(P<0.01),ITP组1(PLT<10×109/L)MPV、PDW明显减低(P<0.01),在ITP的治疗过程中,MPV比PLT更早出现明显升高。结论:血小板参数对血小板减少症有鉴别意义,动态观察血小板参数对疗效观察有重要的临床意义。

Objective： To investigate the clinical significance of the platelet indices in immunologic thrombocytopenic purpura.Method： The platelet indices-platelet count（PLT）,plateletcrit（PCT）,mean platelet volume（MPV）and platelet distribution width（PDW） were measured by Sysmex XE-2100 automated blood cell analyzer in three groups of people：patients with ITP（n=39）,patients without ITP（n = 39） and healthy people（n= 39）.Result： MPV and PDW increased in the second group of ITP（PLT10×109/L）,which was significant different from contro1（P0.01）.MPV and PDW increased evidently in the first group of ITP（PLT10×109/L）.MPV increased earlier than PLT after therapy.Conclusion： The parameters for platelet may be useful indexs for diagnosing the patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.The observation of PLT parameters is important in the tracking effect of ITP.
