快速血糖测定在低血糖昏迷院前急救中的应用

Application of quickly Blood Sugar Testing in Hypoglycemic Coma of Pre-hospital Care

目的：探讨快速血糖测定在低血糖昏迷院前急救中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析急诊科抢救的86例低血糖昏迷患者的临床资料,其中院前经快速血糖测定明确诊断的42例为院前急救组,自行送来我院急诊经血生化检查明确诊断的44例为对照组。两组明确诊断后均予应用50%葡萄糖（50%GS）40~60ml静推,继以10%葡萄糖（10%GS）500ml静滴。结果：院前急救组与对照组相比较,从低血糖昏迷发病至入急诊室时间、接诊至明确诊断时间、昏迷至应用50%GS时间、应用50%GS至清醒时间明显均较短,不良预后发生率明显低于对照组,P均〈0.05。结论：院前急救快速血糖测定能及时明确低血糖昏迷的诊断,为抢救患者赢得了时间,对院前急救起着举足轻重的意义。

Objective： To investigate the application value of quickly blood sugar testing in hypoglycemic coma of pre-hospital care.Method： We retrospectivly analyzed the clinical data of 88 hypoglycemic coma patients in emergency department,42 cases diagnosed by quickly blood sugar testing belong to pre-hospital care group,and the control group were 44 cases of diagnosed by blood vessel biochemistry testing.The 2 groups were dealed with 50% glucose（40~60ml） injecting,then with 10% glucose（500 ml） maintain.Result： Pre-hospital care group costed less in the time from coma to hospital,from seeing doctor to diagnosed,from coma to 50% glucose injection,from injection to being conscious,and had lower bad prognosis rate compared with control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Quickly blood sugar testing of pre-hospital care can promptly diagnose hypoglycemic coma,save the rescue time for patients.
