波片相位延迟量的四步移相法测量

摘要 基于波片的密勒矩阵和斯托克斯矢量推导出了测量波片相位延迟量的通用表达式,并在此基础上提出了在光路中分出校正光束的四步移相法.该方法在测量波片的相位延迟量时无需知道波片光轴的具体位置,并可以平衡掉激光光源的波动,从而消除了光源的不稳定给测量结果带来的误差,同时该方法简化了测量过程,提高了测量精度. Based on Muller matrix of wave plates and Stokes parameter, the common measurement formulae of the phase retardation for wave plates was deduced, and a four-step phase shifting method with separating the correction beam in optical path was proposed. When measuring the phase retardation of wave plate, the correct azimuth of the Wave plates' optical axis need not to be known, it could also balance out the fluctuations in laser light source, and the measurements' error of sources' instability was eliminated. This method simplified the measurement process and improved the measurement accuracy.
