热敏纸褪色原因及稳定性能改善的研究 被引量:3

摘要 对热敏纸的发色性能和稳定性能进行分析评价,通过对pH值、浆料配比、原纸和涂料组分等影响因素的探讨,寻求热敏纸涂层褪色的原因,对涂布原纸和热敏涂料配方等方面加以优化。结果表明,热敏纸印品褪色和发色性能降低不是由pH值引起的,而主要与原纸的浆料组成有关;优化原纸的表面施胶和调整涂料配方都是提高热敏纸品质非常有效的途径。 Properties of color display and density stability of thermal paper were analyzed and evaluated. Factors including pH value, furnish, base paper and coating components were discussed. Optimization of base paper and coating formula was carried out. The results showed that pH value is not the reason causing color fading of the thermal paper, instead the furnish is mainly responsible for the paper property. Optimization of surface sizing process and coating formula is an effective method to improve the quality of thermal paper.
