摘要
以蔗渣制浆废水为研究对象,就影响Fenton反应体系的几个主要因素设计了单因素和正交实验,得出最优反应工艺参数:H2O2加入量21.4mmol/L、Fe2+加入量36.8mmol/L、pH值3.7、反应时间40min;各影响因素对Fenton反应体系的显著性大小:pH值>Fe2+加入量>H2O2加入量>反应时间。
The bagasse pulping effluent after traditional secondary treatment was further treated with Fenton oxidation process. The major factors influencing Fenton reaction system were studied by using single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment; the optimum reaction conditions were found as follows: H2O2 dosage 21.4 mmol/L, Fe2+ dosage 36.8 mmol/L, pH value 3.7, reaction time 40 min. and the significance order of the factors was as follows: pH value Fe2+ dosage H2O2 dosage reaction time.
