摘要
采用"强化混凝-强化缺氧水解酸化-SBR"处理麦草制浆中段废水,介绍该工艺的流程和主要技术参数。结果表明,该工艺能有效去除麦草制浆中段废水中的CODCr和色度,当进水CODCr为1600~2300mg/L,色度为500~600倍时,最终出水CODCr为130~150mg/L,色度为50倍以下,达到了GB3544—2008《制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准》的要求。
The process and key technical parameters of enhanced coagulation-enhanced hydrolytic acidification-SBR process which is used to treat the effluent from washing /screening /bleaching of wheat pulp mill is presented. The process can effectively remove CODCr and color from the effluent. The CODCr and color can be reduced from 1600~2300 mg/L and 500~600 times to 130~150 mg/L and less than 50 times respectively after the treatment, which achieves the requirements of " discharge standards of water pollutant for Pulp and paper industry "(GB3544—2008).
