摘要
阐述了AKD乳液型表面施胶剂具体的生产工艺控制,对每步生产工艺均进行了详细的介绍。实践表明,AKD蜡粉的改性过程中需要注意避免其与水的接触,从而避免AKD水解反应的发生;AKD的熔融需要在密闭环境中进行,避免与空气中水分的接触,只有严格按照生产工艺生产,才能生产出效果良好的AKD表面施胶剂。
In this article, the control of AKD surface sizing agent production technology, such as the modification of AKD wax requires to keep off the water in order to prevent from hydrolysis; the melting of AKD requires a close environment to keep off the water in order to prepare an efficient AKD surface sizing agent, was discussed in detail.
