摘要
目的:分析低收入国家药费情况,为我国欠发达地区药费过高问题提供借鉴。方法:使用世界卫生组织公布的数据和我国统计年鉴进行提炼分析。结果:在低收入国家中,药品费用平均占个人保健支出的47.1%,参保率与收入水平密切相关(rs=0.9788)。结论:研究低收入国家控制药品费用过程中存在的问题,避免我国贫困地区在改善药品结构和规范药品价格方面再犯同类错误,有实际参考价值。
Objectives：The paper studies medicine expenditures in low-income countries in order to provide references on medical reform in less developed areas of China.Methods：The paper statistically analyzed the data from WHO report and China Statistical Yearbook.Results：In low-income countries,median of medicines expenditures accounted for 47.1% in individual health expenditures.Rate of joining insurance is closely related to the level of income（rs=0.9788）.Conclusion：The work has a practical value on avoiding the less developed areas making the same mistake on improving drug system and setting a reasonable price by analysis of medicine expenditures in low-income countries.
