我国台湾按病例计酬对大陆单病种支付制度改革的启示

Experience and Lessons of Case-Payment System of Medical Services in Taiwan Learned for Episode-Payment System Reform in China Mainland

在现场考察的基础上,文章研究分析了台湾全民健保体系中"按病例计酬"的医疗费用支付制度的方案及其实施情况,介绍了台湾地区的具体做法及经验,探讨了其对大陆推行单病种付费支付制度改革的有益借鉴和启示。

Based on the field investigation,the reimbursement method and plan,real application and its outcome of the case payment system in Taiwan were introduced,and analysis and comparison were conducted with related episode-payment system reform in China Mainland.Some experience and lessons were learned and proposed for our future health system reforms.
