超高分辨红外光谱仪器最高分辨率的测定实验 被引量:2

摘要 在超高分辨红外光谱仪器最高分辨率的测定实验中,采用20cm光程的CO2气体池,控制气体压力为180Pa,基于MIR光源,采用LN-MCT探测器,切趾函数选矩形函数,通过720~720.8cm-1波数的实验测定,得到红外光谱仪器BrukerIFS125HR的最高分辨率为0.001cm-1. A practical method to measure the highest spectrum resolution of high-resolution FTIR spectrometer, using 20 cm CO2 gas cell with 180 Pa pressure, MIR source, LN-MCT detector, Boxcar apodization function and a spectral range of 720.0-720. 8 cm^-1 , is presented. The highest resolution of Bruker IFS125HR spectrometer is 0. 001 cm^-1.
