术前护理干预对乳腺癌患者术后焦虑水平及满意度的影响

Effect of preoperative nursing on postoperative anxiety and satisfaction rate in patients with breast cancer

目的:观察术前护理干预对乳腺癌患者术后焦虑水平及满意度的影响。方法:80例乳腺癌患者患者根据术前护理干预方法的不同,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。分别于手术前1d、术后3d采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)测评两组手术前后的焦虑水平,于术后3d收集患者对病房护理工作的满意度。结果:试验组术后3d焦虑水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后3d患者对病房护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.35,P<0.01)。结论:术前护理干预可降低乳腺癌患者术后焦虑水平,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of preoperative nursing on postoperative anxiety and satisfaction rate in patients with breast cancer.Method Total 80 patients with breast cancer were divided randomly into two groups,experiment group and control group,40 cases in each group.Anxiety level was evaluated using SAS at 1st d before operation and 3rd d after operation in all patients.And satisfaction rate of nursing was recorded at 3 d after operation.Results Anxiety level in experiment group at 3 d after operation was lower than that in control group（P 〈0.05）,and satisfaction rate of nursing in experiment group at 3 d after operation was higher than that in control group（χ2 = 8.35,P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Preoperative nursing can decrease postoperative anxiety and increase satisfaction rate of nursing in patients with breast cancer.
