摘要
鸟类血清和卵黄中的总卵黄免疫球蛋白Y(IgY)含量可以作为健康状态的一个标志,同时卵黄抗体也是生物制药的重要材料。为了阐明鸡卵黄抗体和血清抗体总量的关系,以30只43周龄单笼饲养的东乡黑羽绿壳蛋鸡为试验动物,采集每只鸡的翅下静脉血样以及其所对应的鸡蛋,分离出血清并制备IgY样品。通过间接ELISA的方法对卵黄与血清中的总IgY水平进行了检测,并分析了两者之间的Pearson相关。结果表明:卵黄中总IgY水平与血清中总IgY水平之间具有显著的相关性(r=0.619;P<0.01)。研究结果为通过检测血清中的IgY水平来对卵黄中IgY水平或者后代的获得性免疫水平进行预测提供了一个重要参数。
The serum and yolk total immunoglobulin Y (IgY) level can be an index for the fitness of birds and the yolk antibody is widely used in immunodiagnostics and immunotherapy. To study the correlation between the yolk and serum total IgY level,egg and blood samples were collected from thirty 43-week-age Dongxiang blueshell layers which were reared in single cages. After isolation of serum and yolk IgY,the total IgY level were detected with indirect ELISA. A significant Pearson correlation was found between them (r=0.619;P〈0.01), This study provided an important parameter for predicting yolk IgY level or passive immunity of offspring by detecting the hen's serum IgY level.
