研制了一种室温金属表面综合处理液。它是由无机锌、铁盐、无机或有机成膜剂、加速剂、活化剂、螯合剂等所组成，具有除油、除锈、磷化等多种功效；能在室温下操作，处理后的工件表面可漂洗；适用于不同锈蚀、油污垢程度的钢铁表面涂装前的预处理。
