摘要
缩孔是涂装中常见的漆膜病态，在汽车涂装中尤为致命。作者就奔驰公司大型卡车涂装中漆膜的缩孔现象，提出了采用适当降低极板电压、增加预处理后冲洗、增大固体分、提高溶剂含量、增强电泳后冲洗等工艺。
Craters is a common film defect in coating, which is particularly critical in the coating process for automobile Based on the experience of the occurence of craters in the coating process of trucks from Benz Automobile Co , the author proposed several measures for eliminating the craters of the paint film,such as lowering the voltage of pole plate,increasing the washing efficiency after pretreatment,raising the solid content, increasing the content of solvent, enhancing the washing after electrophoresis,etc.
