摘要
分析了醇类混合物在介质中的传热过程;将均相成核动力学理论应用于液体混合物,并根据动力学理论预测甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇等3种二元混合物的过热极限.结果表明,测量值与预测值较为吻合.
Heat transfer process of mixtures of alcohol in liquid paraffin were analysed. The expression of homogeneous nucleation of critical bubbles formed in the superheated binary liquid mixtures was obtained by means of the theory of homogeneous nucleation. The superheats of three binary liquid mixtures about methanol,ethanol and isopropyl alcohol were predicted by the kinetic theory. The results show that experimental value is agreement with predicting value theoretically.
