摘要
针对某装置溶剂脱水塔,在装置扩容后存在工艺指标波动太大的问题,利用多变量预测控制技术,通过对溶剂脱水塔实施先进控制成功减少了塔釜水质量分数的波动,并在此基础上减少顶酸的消耗。
Multivariable predictive control strategies with the help of software package of RMPCT are applied to control a solvent dehydration column. A controller is designed to help solve the problems such as stability of the water content of bottom, reduction of the HAC loss of top. The actual control result shows the controller getting the aim and a subsequent distinct economical profit.
