摘要
在石油化工工程设计中,要完成大量的仪表回路图的设计工作,传统意义上采用逐张绘图的方式或者使用从国外购买的软件来完成这部分工作,前者非常繁琐,后者又需要购买昂贵的授权文件。针对传统方式,利用Excel VBA,AutoCADVBA,以及Access,通过对VBA的灵活使用,实现数据源的积累,然后比较、整理、导入、导出直至最终的成品仪表回路图的输出。根据实施情况来看,在所有数据已经获取之后,且设计步骤都得到了充分的考虑,可实现图纸设计标准化,同时减少设计人员大量重复的工作。
During petrochemical project design period a large number of instrument loop diagram should be designed. Usually the diagrams will be produced one by one or by the software which is purchased from abroad. The former need very hard work, the latter need purchasing expensive authorized license. Regarding the traditional method with Excel VBA, AutoCAD VBA and Access,through being flexible to use VBA to achieve the accumulation of data source, then comparison, organization, importing, exporting until the output of final loop diagrams produced. According to the implementation, after all data has been obtained and the design procedure have been fully taken into account, therefore standardization of the design drawings are achieved, much duplication work of the designers is reduced.
