摘要
研制几种不同的浸蚀剂，对４５、Ｔ８、９ＳｉＣｒ和Ｗ１８Ｃｒ４Ｖ钢经不同热处理后的金相试样进行浸蚀．实验结果表明，使用所配的浸蚀剂可缩短浸蚀时间，并得到清晰满意的金相显微组织．
In this paper, several kinds of etchants was made up, and samples of 45、T8、9SiCr and W18Cr4V steels with different heat treatment was etched with these etchants. The experimental results show that the etching time greatly shortened, and it can also get a clear microstructure.
