会阴切口愈合不良相关因素分析及处理研究

The research of Factors Associated with Poor Perineal Wound Healing Analysis and Treatment

目的:探讨影响会阴切开缝合术后切口愈合不良的因素及适当处理方式,以提高会阴切口愈合率。方法:对42例会阴切口愈合不良病例与同期术后切口愈合良好的产妇做比较。结果:影响切口愈合的因素主要有营养不良、阴检肛查次数多、气候因素、产妇产前的外阴及阴道炎症、缝合水平问题及术后护理不到位等方面。结论:会阴切口愈合不良与上述多种因素有关,应进行针对性地预防及相应的处理措施。

Objective To investigate the impact of episiotomy wound healing after suture adverse factors and appropriate treatment in order to enhance the rate of perineal wound healing.Methods 42 cases of bad cases of perineal wound healing after incision healed well during the same period to compare the Results of maternal factors that affect wound healing are：malnutrition,Yin anal inspection check more times,climatic factors,maternal prenatal inflammation of the vulva and vagina and suture the level of problems and post-operative care are not in place and so on.Conclusion perineal wound healing with these multiple negative factors,should be targeted to prevent and corresponding measures.
