摘要
在柔性链聚合物溶液体系中,利用化学氧化法使吡咯(Py)聚合,通过控制反应条件获得了可溶性聚吡咯(PPy)/PU复合材料.利用溶液浇铸的方法制备了有良好力学性能的自支撑柔软薄膜.对实验条件(温度、时间、配比等)进行了研究,获得了最佳实验条件.用红外光谱对复合材料进行了表征,并测试了薄膜的导电性能.
Through chemical oxidation method,pyrrole was polymerized in situ by CuCl 2 in PU matrix dissolved in mixed solvent of tetrahydrofuran with cyclohexanone.The resulting polypyrrole was dissolved in PU solution.A cast soft free stand composite film was prepared by the evaporation of mixed solvent.Its conductivity(PPy 30 % wt)was about 9×10 -2 S·cm -1 measured by standard four probe method.It had good stability in air.The factors affecting the polymerization such as ratio,time,temperature,solvent were investigated,and the optimized reaction conditions were obtained.The composite film was characterized by IR spectrum.Its electrical conductivity was measured.
