摘要
以氯霉素生产过程中的副产物邻硝基乙苯为原料,经混酸硝化和加氢还原两步反应制得2,4二氨基乙苯.对合成反应的影响因素进行讨论,并通过实验确定反应的适宜工艺条件.硝化反应的收率为927%,还原反应的收率为98%.中间体及产物经红外、核磁和质谱分析。
The title compound was prepared from o nitroethylbenzene, a by product in the producing processes of chloromycetin, through nitration by mixed acid and hydrogenation reduction. Some factors influencing on the synthetic reactions were discussed, and the suitable conditions of the reactions were obtained by experiments. The yield of the nitration was 92.7 %,and that of the reduction was 98 %.The molecular structures of the product and its intermediate were elucidated by IR, NMR and MS.
