张量积、外积这两种运算对一般方阵已经不封闭．将矢量的外积与张量积的概念推广到矩阵中，在给出ｎｐ阵的概念的基础之上，证明了方阵的张量积、外积的性质，从而得知在ｎｐ阵构成的集合内，这两种运算仍然封闭．

In the paper,the definition of exterior product and tensor product of vector was extended to square matrix,but the two operations have not closed for common square matrix. If the definition of n p matrix was given, the operational properties about tensor product and exterior product on square matrix have been proved and the two operations have still closed in the set of n p matrixs.
