摘要
介绍朱祥成教授治疗声带小结的临床经验。认为本病病机以肺脾虚损为本,痰瘀互结为标;治疗重视补益肺脾,兼顾痰瘀。并附验案1则。
This article introduces Professor Zhu Xiangcheng＇ s clinical experience in the treatment of vocal nodules. It is argued that vocal nodules are caused by lung and spleen insufficiency in root, and phlegm and blood-stasis in branch; that its treatment concentrates on nourishing lung and spleen, and removing phlegm and blood- stasis as well. One proven case is presented.
