摘要
明末清初医家喻嘉言著《医门法律》,颇多创见,其中《秋燥论》指出肺痿是因于燥邪而非湿邪,注意到燥邪为患咳吐之沫和湿邪而致之痰的不同表现,并以甘寒立法,自制清燥救肺汤治疗肺痿,彰显疗效。
Famous doctor Yu Jiayan in later Ming dynasty and early Qing dynasty put forward in Law of Medicine that lung flaccidity was caused by pathogenic dryness, instead of dampness; and found the difference of foaming cough due to dryness and productive sputum due to dampness. Thus, he composed ＂Qingzao Jiufei Decoction＂ with sweet and cold herbs to treat lung flaccidity, and the clinical result was excellent.
