穴位敷贴对缓解期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生活质量的影响

Effects of acupoint application on life quality of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases

目的观察白芥子散穴位敷贴对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生活质量的影响。方法将200例患者随机分为治疗组100例和对照组100例,对照组脱落4例;对照组仅于给予西医常规治疗,治疗组除发作期同对照组给予西医常规治疗外,还于三伏天给予白芥子散穴位敷贴治疗;治疗后连续3年用蔡氏COPD生活质量评价表评价患者生活质量。结果治疗组2008年生活质量量表总分较2006年降低(P<0.05),且低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。结论白芥子散穴位敷贴能够有效改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the influence of ＂Baijiezi Powder＂ at acupoints on life quality of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. Methods 200 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and four cases in the control group dropped out. Nintg-six patients in the. control group were treated with conventional western medicine, besides the conventional western medicine, 100 patients in the treatment group were given ＂Baijiezi Powder＂ at acupoints in three dog days of summer. After the treatment, there was a 3-year questionnaire survey of life quality to each patient. Results The total score of life quality scale in 2008 in the treatment group were lower than that in 2006 （ P 〈 0.05 ）, also lower than that in 2008 in the control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Baijiezi Powder＂ of acupoint application may effectively improve the life quality of COPD patients.
