增效作用对胶磷矿浮选行为的影响

Effects of a Synergism on the Flotation Performance of Phosphorite Ores

探讨了几种表面活性剂对脂肪酸类捕收剂Ｗ０３的增效作用及其对胶磷矿浮选行为的影响．结果表明，阴离子型表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠（ＳＤＢＳ）对Ｗ０３具有良好的增效作用，能明显改善胶磷矿的浮选特性．当矿浆温度为２５～４０℃时，混合使用Ｗ０３和ＳＤＢＳ，粗选精矿品位和回收率比单独使用Ｗ０３时分别提高１％和１％～４％．

A synergism of some surfactants on the fatty acid collector W03 and effects of the synergism on the flotation performance of phosphorite ores are studied in this paper. Test results show that the anion surfactant sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate(SDBS),with better synergism on W03,can obviously improve flotation characteristics of phosphorite ores. When the temperature in flotation pulp is in the range of 25￣40 ℃, the grade and the recovery of the rougher concentrate in using W03 together with SDBS increase by 1% and 1%￣4% respectively over these in using W03.
