思想政治教育总是要通过一定的载体才能进行,网络作为高校思想政治教育新的重要载体,越来越成为高校师生获取知识和各种信息的重要渠道,并对广大师生的学习、生活乃至思想政治观念产生广泛和深刻的影响。加强高校思想政治教育网络载体建设与监管,需要克服"工具+技术"的片面观,重新认识高校思想政治教育教学活动,在全面把握网络载体内涵与特征的基础上,坚持传统思想政治教育与网络思想政治教育相统一,思想政治教育与服务学生相统一,网上教育与网下工作相统一,建设监督与正面引导相统一,主动灌输与互动交流相统一,并最终实现网络载体与高校思想政治教育的有机整合。

Ideological and political education should be conducted by certain means and internet as a kind of important means of imple- menting university ideological and political education has become university teachers and students＇ the important channel to acquire knowledge and information. It has greatly created good influence on the study, life and ideological and political idea of more and more teachers and students. To strengthen the construction and supervision of university ideological and political education intemet means demands us to overcome the incomplete idea of ＂aparatus plus technology＂ and rethink about university ideological and political education, and insist the unity of traditional and interuet ideological and political education, the unity of ideological and political education and serve students, the unity of internct education and daily work ,the unity of supervision and active guide, the unity of teaching and communication, and the final purpose is to realize the organic combination of interact means and university ideological and political cducatlon.
