农村留守儿童教育缺失及其应对之策

Countermeasures of the Absence Education of the Left-behind Children in Rrural Areas

农村留守儿童教育缺失是我国现阶段农村劳动力流动就业的必然结果,其突出表现是学习成绩下降、安全意识淡薄、道德行为失范、人格心理不健全。根源在于家庭监管不力、学校教育缺乏针对性、政府管理缺位。解决这一问题,政府应担负主要职责,还要发挥好家庭、学校教育的作用,治本之策是大力发展农村二、三产业和小城镇建设,促进农村劳动力就地就近就业,为农村儿童的健康成长创造良好环境。

The inevitable result of the flowing employment of China＇ s rural labor force at this stage is the lack of education for the left- behind children in rural areas, it＇ s prominent performances are the decline of academic record, the weak sense of safety, ethical misconduct and the imperfect of personality psychology,and it is rooted in the poor supervision of family,the lack pointed of the school education and the vacancy of government management. To solve this problem, the Government should bear the major responsibility to play a good function of the family and school education, the fundamental strategy is to develop secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas and small towns construction vigorously, promote the rural labor force to be employed nearby, to create a good environment for the healthy growth of the left-behind children.
