书籍是教师专业生命活力的天然滋养品和专业发展的源头活水,因此读书是教师专业自主发展的永恒核心课程。教师读书,要读各种经典名著,要有专注痴迷的精神,做好读书计划,讲究读书方法,做到知行统一,打通人生、社会和书境之界限。
Books are the natural nourishment of teachers＇ professional life and the source running water of teachers＇ professional development. Reading is the eternal and nuclear curriculum of Professional development of teachers. In the process of reading, teachers should read various classics, have the dedicated and obsessed spirit, make up a reading plan well, pay particular attention to reading methods, make theory and practice an unity and get through bounds of life, society and books.
