摘要
按照功能学派目的论观点,以吸引游客为目的的旅游文本英译,应该符合英语旅游者的语言习惯;旅游作为跨文化交际活动也要求译文符合英语读者的文化和思维方式。由此,在对河南省旅游英译文本实例分析基础上,使用各种变译方法、借助因特网搜索引擎技术并借鉴英语本族作者的文本以规范和完善旅游文本的翻译,使译文更贴近英美游客,是有益的实践,同时也丰富了旅游翻译理论。
Tourist Chinese-English translation, for attracting tourist, should consider language habits of native English in functionalism view. Tourism, as cross-cuhural communication, also demands the translation embodied with native culture and thought. Collecting and analyzing some tourist translations in Henan Scenic spots, the paper proposes several adaptations in translation, searching engine for equivalent original tourism material in English written by native for reference and revision. These help the translation acceptable by English tourists, as rewarding attempt, and enrich the tourist translation theory.
