摘要
报道了β-环糊精和磺化杯[4]芳烃修饰银纳米粒的制备、表征及其作为甲磺酸帕珠沙星的比色探针的应用。结果表明,两种化学修饰银纳米粒对甲磺酸帕珠沙星都能较好地识别,对甲磺酸帕珠沙星的最低检出浓度可达1.0×10-5mol/L。
β-Cyclodextrin and p-sulfonatocalix[4] arene modified silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) were synthesized as the colorimetric probes of pazufloxacin mesilate. The results show that both modified Ag NPs could be used as the colorimetric sensors with slightly different selectivity and sensitivity. This application can be used for simple but sensitive on-the-spot detection of pazufloxacin mesilate without much instrumentation.
