This article knowledge innovation promulgates the risk factor in risk assessment model based entire process of enterprise on the fuzzy comprehensive application, it proves that the systematic characteristic and the scientific innovation risk assessment indicator system and the assessment knowledge innovation, constructs evaluation. Through the practice nature and the feasibility of the knowledge method, and the model can provide the policy-making basis for the enterprise knowledge innovation risk management.
