摘要 永磁无刷电机内嵌到同心式磁性齿轮中,形成新型永磁复合电机。电机为内定子外转子结构,外转子输出低速大转矩,适合直接驱动。采用数值解析结合法计算复合电机磁场,电机三层气隙区域无网格剖分,内外转子可自由转动,方便感应电动势计算。电动势计算波形和实验波形比较,取得很好的一致。 A novel combined permanent magnet electrical machine has been presented in this paper. It described the design and simulation of a combined electrical machine, in which an outer rotor brushless PM motor was embedded into a novel magnetic gear. A large torque for direct drive was transmitted by the combined electrical machine with a topology of inner stator and outer rotor. The numerical-analytical method was applied to calculate the magnetic field. There is no mesh grid in air gap regions when the magnetic field of the combined electrical machine is computed by the method so that the rotors can rotate freely. The induced EMF and electromagnetic torque can be conveniently calculated, and the calculated EMF waveform shows a good agreement with the measured waveform.
