摘要
在分析永磁直流电动机漏磁机理的基础上,利用有限元分析软件M agnet,建立实体有限元模型,确立边界条件并在不断变换的边界条件下进行有限元计算,得到了永磁电动机不同边界条件下的漏磁大小。计算结果与实验结果具有较高的吻合度,证明了有限元分析模型和理论计算方法的正确性。
After the analysis of the flux leakage mechanism of permanent magnet DC motors, finite element model and boundary conditions were established based on the software Magnet. The motor magnetic field was simulated under different conditions. Different flux leakages were obtained under different boundary conditions. The calculated results agree with the results of the test in the motor and proves that theoretical calculation is right.
