摘要
与烟煤相比,无烟煤因其燃烧活性较差,一般不被水泥回转窑、予分解窑采用.本实验以CaCO3,CaCO3+BaCO3,CaCO3+Sr(NO3)2,CaCO3+BaCO3+Sr(NO3)2+Fe2O3为催化剂,对有代表性的4种无烟煤进行催化燃烧研究.借助燃烧率测定,X射线衍射及差热分析等研究方法,讨论了无烟煤催化过程中的相关影响因素。研究表明:实验所用催化剂参与了煤燃烧中的化学反应过程,对无烟煤的燃烧有一定的催化作用,使燃烧残余物组分及结构发生变化.
Compared with soft coal, anthracite is not used for producing cement in rotary kiln or in precalciner. The catalysed combustion process of anthracite by adding catalysers CaCO 3,CaCO 3+BaCO 3,CaCO 3+Sr(NO 3) 2, CaCO 3+BaCO 3+Sr(NO 3) 2+Fe 2O 3 is studied in the papers. Catalysed combustion of four kinds of coal were studied by combustibility analysis, XRD and DTA. The influence factors of the catalysed combustion process are discussed. The results show that the catalysers which were used in the tests play the major role in the combustion. The catalysers take part in the chemical reactions of the burning, composition and structure of the burning residues are changed.
