摘要
针对直流真空电弧强迫分断过程中燃弧时间短的特点,为分析直流真空电弧强迫分断机理,设计了以光电二极管阵列为感光器件、基于FPGA和MCU的高速图像采集系统。采用USB技术实现系统与PC机通信。实验结果表明,该设计采样精度高、速率快,适用于拍摄电弧图像,为后续分析直流真空电弧开断机理奠定基础。
For the feature of short time of the DC vacuum arc breaking procedure,an image acquisition system,which was based on FPGA and MCU,was designed for the analysis of vacuum arc breaking mechanism.USB protocol was used to communicate with PC.The experimental results indicated that this design could acquire data in high accuracy and high speed,which laid the foundation for the following analysis of DC vacuum arc breaking mechanism.
