摘要
以BaTiO3和TiO2为原料,采用传统制备工艺,混合后的粉料于不同合成温度(800—1150℃)和不同保温时间(1/60—64h)进行固相合成反应.基于对合成产物的相分析,研究了Ba2Ti9O20的合成过程.最终制备出单相的Ba2Ti9O20粉体和致密的(大于理论密度值的98%)Ba2Ti9O20陶瓷(1240—1300℃,3h).
The Ba 2Ti 9O 20 powder was prepared by the conventional methods, using BaTiO 3 and TiO 2 as the starting materials. In order to explore the phase development sequence, the mixed powder of BaTiO 3 and TiO 2 was calcined from 800 ℃to 1 150 ℃ for 1/60 to 64 h,then identified by X -ray powder diffraction. A single phase and dense Ba 2Ti 9O 20 ceramics sintered at 1 240—1 300 ℃for 3 h had the highest density (≥98% theoretical density).
