摘要
设计了一种用于多功能型控制与保护开关电器(CPS)的开关电源,阐述了该开关电源的设计要求、设计方法、关键元器件选取、高频变压器设计,以及对EMC和EMI的设计考虑。通过试验,对该电源进行检验并分析了故障原因,提出了改进方法。该开关电源的设计达到了设计指标和标准要求,并提升了多功能型CPS的整体性能。
A switching-mode power supply used in multi-functional control and protective switching device（CPS） was designed.The requirements and methods of design,selection of key components,design of high-frequency transformer,consideration of EMC and EMI were described.Through the test,the power supply was inspected and the failure causes were analyzed.Therefore,the improved method was proposed.The design of switchingmode power supply reached the design indicators and standard requirements.And the overall performance of the multi-functional CPS enhanced.
