摘要
针对超声波发生器辅助电源设计中存在的问题,设计出一种基于TOP260EN的反激式开关电源。介绍了TOPSwitch-HX系列芯片的性能特点、内部结构和引脚功能。详细地说明了该电源的设计过程。经现场检测表明,该电源性能良好,满足设计要求。
In allusion to the problems existing in the design of auxiliary power supply for ultrasonic generator,a novel flyback switching power supply based on TOP260EN was designed.The performance characteristics,internal structure and pin descriptions of TOPSwitch-HX series chips were introduced.The design of the power supply was explained in detail.The power supply was developed.The field detection showed that the power supply had good performance and met the design requirements.
