摘要
工业菜籽油下脚料经皂化、酸解、氯化、酯化等单元反应合成了一种新型α-氯代脂肪酸柠檬酸单酯浮选捕收剂,进一步与其中间体α-氯代脂肪酸钠配比得到一种复合捕收剂,用于云南某中低品位难选磷矿的浮选试验,结果表明,相对于传统的脂肪酸类磷矿浮选捕收剂,该捕收剂的水溶性和常温浮选性能都得到明显改善,且药剂用量少,浮选工艺简单;其研究与应用开发对降低中低品位磷矿加温浮选选矿成本具有重要意义。
With rap oil foots as the raw material, a new collector for phosphate rock flotation, α-chloro fatty acid monoester of citric acid, was prepared after a series of reactions of saponification, acidolysis, chlorination and esterifica-tion, and blending this collector with the reaction intermediate, α-chloro sodium fatty acid, a combined collector can be synthesized. Applied into the flotation test for a mid-low grade refractory phosphate phosphate ore in Yunnan, this collector shows better solubility and collecting capacity at room temperature than traditional fatty acid collector. Meanwhile, flotation process can be simplified and less reagent dosage is needed. It is meaningful to study and exploit this collector for reducing the mineral processing cost for heating flotation of mid-low grade phosphate rocks.
