摘要
采用异步浮选工艺,从某铁矿尾矿库中综合回收铜硫矿物。第一段粗选在自然pH条件下进行,选出易浮的黄铜矿、辉铜矿和黄铁矿;第二段粗选采用碱性介质,硫化氧化严重的黄铜矿、辉铜矿以及黄铁矿,应用诱导浮选将硫化矿物富集、回收;以Y01-Y02-石灰组合药剂作为铜-硫分离调整剂,最终得到铜精矿中铜品位13.38%,硫精矿中硫品位42.55%的闭路试验指标。
Ore dressing processes for comprehensive recovery of copper and sulfide minerals from the tailings of an iron mine have been investigated. Asynchronous flotation process was employed. Chalcopyrite, chalcocite and pyrite exhibiting high floatability were collected at natural pH in the first stage of roughing. Seriously oxidized chalcopyrite, chalcocite and pyrite were sulfurated and then recovered by inductive flotation in alkaline media during the second stage of roughing. A combination reagent of Y01, Y02 and lime was used as regulating agent for Cu-S separation. As a result, a copper concentrate with Cu content of 13.38%, and a sulfur concentrate with S content of 42.55% were obtained in the closed-circuit test.
