摘要
本文以BaTiO3和TiO2为原材料,采用传统制备工艺,混合后粉料于不同合成温度(800~1150℃)和保温时间(1/60~64h)进行固相合成反应·基于XRD相分析结果,得出合成温度为1000~1150℃、保温时间为4~32h时,反应产物均为单相Ba2Ti9O20粉体.并得出:组成元素Ba和Ti分布均匀性是影响Ba2Ti9O20生成的一个重要工艺因素.
Pure Ba2Ti9O20 powder was prepared by using traditional ceramic technological processwith BaTiO3 and TiO2 as the starting raw materials. In order to explore the phase development sequence, the mixed powder of BaTiO3 and TiO2 was calcined with different temperatures from 800℃ to 1150℃ and different keeping hours from 1/60 to 64h, then identified byX-ray powder diffraction . The results show that the pure phase of Ba2Ti9O20 can be obtained at1000~1150'℃/4-32h, and the homogeneity of the constituents is an important processing factorfor obtaining pure Ba2Ti9O20 powder.
