乙胺丁醇与链霉素的临床用药观察

Observation of Clinical Medication of Ethambutol and Streptomycin

目的:比较含有乙胺丁醇的2HRZE/4HR方案与含有链霉素的2HRZS/4HR方案在初治肺结核治疗上的优劣,以便于在具体病例中选择最佳方案。方法:432例初治肺结核患者,220人采用2HRZE/4HR方案,212人采用2HRZS/4HR方案,分别把治疗1个月及半年时的有关疗效的各项临床指标进行比较,并把两种药物发生不良反应的情况进行对比,给予统计学处理。结果:含有链霉素的2HRZS/4HR方案短期疗效优于含有乙胺丁醇的2HRZE/4HR方案,而长期疗效两者无明显差异。结论:综合对比两种方案的疗效和不良反应,认为2HRZE/4HR方案仍是初治肺结核的首选方案。

Objective：To compare the good and the bad of the curative effect of the 2HRZE/4HR project that contain ethambutol and the 2HRZS/4HR project that contain streptomycin to cure lung tuberculosis, so that we can choose the best project to treat individual patient. Methods： There are 432 initial treatment lung tuberculosis patients, 220 patients were treated with 2HRZE/4HR project, and the other 212 patients were treated with 2HRZS/4HR project. We compared the clinical index of the curative effect and the side effects of the two drugs after the patients were treated one month and six months respectively, and give them statistical treatment. Results： The short terra curative effect of the 2HRZS/4HR project that contain streptomycin was better than the 2HRZE/4HR project that contain ethambutol, but there is no significant difference between the long term curative effect of the two projects（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： We think the 2HRZE/4HR project is still the first choice of lung tuberculosis initial treatment according to the comparison of the curative effects and side effects of the two projects.
