摘要
本文以三通管挤胀成形模具为例,采用双三次均匀B样条曲面对该模具的型腔表面进行了几何描述。结果表明,这种方法可以为三通管挤胀成形过程的数值模拟中的动态边界条件处理提供灵活、方便的几何信息,为在数值模拟中实现动态边界条件处理打下良好的基础。
In this paper,the die for extruding and bulging tee is taken as an example and dualcubic even B spline curve is adopted in the geometrical description of its cavity surface The results show that flexible and convenient geometrical information can be offer to the dealing of dynamic boundary conditions in the numerical simulation of the forming process of extruding and bulging tee It gives good basis for accomplishing the dealing of dynamic boundary conditions in the numerical simulation process
