螺旋孔型斜轧球类件的上限分析 被引量:1

摘要 本文根据螺旋孔型斜轧球类零件的变形特点,采用流函数方法提出一种连续上限速度场,利用该速度场计算了轧制功率及轧制力矩,编制了计算程序,并给出了一种典型球类件轧制的计算实例并与实测进行了对比。 This paper puts forward an upper bound velolity field auording to the characters of screw rolling ball parts by flow function method.The formulars of rolling power and rolling torque are got by applying this field.The program is designed and a typical ball workpiece is calculted as a example which is compared with the test.
