中国企业统计能力评价方法研究

Research on Enterprise Statistical Capacity of China

企业统计能力是国家统计能力的重要组成部分,企业统计能力的提高直接影响到国家统计能力的建设。从统计能力建设问题入手,讨论中国企业统计能力的内涵及其与政府统计能力的区别,提出了企业统计能力评价的系统结构,并从个体评价和总体评价两个角度对企业统计能力的评价方法进行了研究。

Enterprise statistical capacity is an important part of the national statistical capacity, and it has a direct impact on national statistical capacity building. Starting from the question about statistical capacity building, this article discusses the connotations of enterprise statistical capacity, and discriminate it from national statistical capacity. The systematic frame of enterprise statistical capacity evaluation is proposed. From two views of individual evaluation and general evaluation, we study the method of evaluating enterprise statistical capacity.
