摘要
在全要素能源效率的框架下,综合考虑能源消费结构和非期望产出,构建一种新的投入、产出指标体系的超效率DEA能效评价模型。利用1998-2007年中国29个省份面板数据进行的实证研究表明:中国区域能源利用效率差异显著,大部分的省份能源效率呈现先上升再下降的趋势;在节能方面,各省份还有很大的提升空间。
Under the frame of total factor energy efficiency, undesirable output and structure of energy consumption are considered, and then a new evaluation model of energy efficiency is established in this paper based on super DEA method by using a new system of index including input and output. The empirical research uses panel dates during 1998 and 2007 shows that China＇ s regional differences of energy consumption efficiency is significantl and energy consumption efficiency has a downward trend after a upward trend in many regions, and every province has big potential and possibility with different degree on energy efficiency improvement.
