摘要
对首次采用高温高压固相反应法合成的SrTiO3和BaTiO3样品在400~1000cm-1的范围内进行了红外光谱测试,研究了样品的晶格振动和化学键,并讨论了不同高压情况下压力对BaTiO3样品的化学键的影响.
The Samples of SrTiO 3 and BaTiO 3 prepared by solid reaction under high pressure and high temperature are measured by infrared spectrometry in the region from 1000 cm -1 to 400 cm -1 .The cystal vibrations and chemical bonds are studied,and the effects of pressure on chemical bonds of BaTiO 3 under different high pressure are discussed.
