摘要
介绍了一种高效的小功率永磁同步风力发电系统.由于采用了稀土永磁技术,提高了发电机的效率和功率因数,具有体积小、高效节能等优点.采用定桨距直接驱动技术,减少了传动系统的部件,提高了风力机组的可靠性,延长了风机寿命,降低了噪音和维护的成本.通过带有中间直流环节的IG-BT转换器将电机发出的变频变幅交流电转换成可用的交流电,产生的电能具有谐波少,质量高等优点.同时采用DSP2812作为控制芯片,通过调节电磁转矩转速特性,可以对系统进行适时准确的数字式控制.根据以上原理,实际制作了一套风力发电系统,实际运行结果表明,该系统输出电能稳定,效率较高.
This paper introduces a new small size permanent magnet synchronous wind power system, which has high electricity generation effi- ciency. Because of the using of rare earth perma- nent magnet technology, the efficiency and power factor of the generator has been obviously im- proved, and the power generator has small volume and can save energy. With the use of fixed pitch di- rectly driven technology, the wind power system has less permanents, higher reliability and longer using time. Variable frequency AC is converted into useable AC via the IGBT converter. We use TMS320LF2812A as the central controller, which can control precisely via adjusting the machine electromagnetic torque vs. rotate speed characters.
